Privacy policy

Appify Visions Group LLC (“Appify Visions”, “we”) runs appifyvisions.com. This policy covers the site, our emails and our services.

When we build for a client, data inside that project, such as the client’s customer records, is handled under the client’s own policy and instructions.

• What you send us. Your name, email, phone, role and message when you use the contact form or email us.
• Billing details. Your name, company, billing address and invoices. Stripe handles card and bank details.
• Project materials. Content, files and account access you share so we can do the work.
• How you use the site. Pages visited, clicks, device, browser and rough location from your IP address, collected by our analytics tool, PostHog. This can include session recordings.
• Server logs. Your IP address and browser details, kept briefly by our host for security.

• To do the work and support it after launch
• To send invoices and receipts, and keep tax records
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To keep the site and our systems secure
• To meet legal obligations

We don’t use your information for advertising or to train AI models. We don’t add you to marketing emails without your consent.

We use cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and, for team accounts, to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. Browser “Do Not Track” signals don’t change how the site works.

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

• Stripe for payments and invoices. We never see your full card number.
• Vercel for website hosting
• Supabase for our database and file storage
• PostHog for site analytics
• Resend to deliver contact-form messages
• Zoho and Google for email
• AI model providers, only when your project uses AI, and only ones that don’t train on your data

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if the business is sold or merged.

• Messages: while we’re talking, then up to 2 years
• Client and billing records: 7 years, for tax and legal reasons
• Analytics: up to 1 year

After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the data we have about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Send you a copy
• Stop using it for analytics

Email support@appifyvisions.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm it’s you. We won’t treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have more rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, limited access and two-factor sign-in for our team. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

We’re based in the US and store data with US providers. If you’re elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.

In the EU and UK, we rely on our contract with you to do the work, our legitimate interest to reply and improve the site, our legal duty to keep tax records, and your consent where we ask for it.

Our site and services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. For important changes, we email our clients.
